What is Nutritional Therapy?
If you have ever been confused by what nutritional therapy is, you are most certainly not alone. Let me clarify for you and talk through the very exciting journey of nutritional therapy.
Nutritional therapy is not just about reviewing and changing what you eat. As a Nutritional Therapist I take a more holistic approach and support you in ways to improve your overall health and wellbeing through a personalised journey that works for you.
Whilst nutritional therapy does include optimising health through nutrition it also encompasses lifestyle whatever stage of life you are at.
The Journey
Before you embark on your nutritional journey with me, I recommend setting up a 15 minute FREE discovery call. This is a great opportunity for us to introduce ourselves and for me to learn more about you and what your goals are.
I would then send you some registration forms and a diet and lifestyle questionnaire for you to complete.
Once received, I will arrange an Initial Consultation, lasting 90 minutes where we talk through in more depth the forms you have completed. I will then talk through what I think may be contributing to your symptoms or areas you would like to improve and work with you to personalise a Health Optimisation Plan. We shall then arrange a Follow Up Consultation to see how you’re getting on with your plan and any further enhancements that might be needed. A follow up consultation is always included in my packages, sometimes more but there is always an option to book Further Follow Up Consultations if you feel you would benefit from more.
